Dr. Selene Varga
Founding Practitioner
A clinician by training and an essayist by temperament, Selene built the studio around the idea that feeling is a craft you can study. She leads Reflective Counsel and edits the journal.
The Studio
We are a wellbeing studio for emotional growth, resilience, and self awareness, clinically grounded in substance and editorial in voice. Less app, more quarterly.

Why we exist
Most wellbeing products shout. They gamify your feelings and reward the streak over the self. We built Auremind as the opposite, a quiet room where reflection is structured, evidence led, and never reduced to a pastel slogan.
The studio reads like a journal because that is how growth actually moves, in entries, in returns, in the slow editing of how you meet a difficult moment. We publish in the open and practice behind closed doors, and we hold both to the same standard of care.
What we hold to
We borrow from clinical practice, not just calming aesthetics. If a method has not earned its place, it does not get one.
Growth compounds. We measure in quarters and habits kept, not streaks gamified or notifications sent.
A kind read of you is still a true one. We tell you what we see, gently, and leave room for you to disagree.
The studio should open easily. We design our materials and our counsel so the door is never the obstacle.
